Shipping Policy

Delivery and shipping costs

a) Dispatch Times & Availability: Goods in stock are shipped within one to two working days of receipt of the order. If items are out of stock, they will be delivered as soon as possible. All availability and delivery dates are non-binding, and delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the agreement or claim compensation.

b) Outstanding Payments: Miss G reserves the right to withhold shipments if the Customer has any outstanding payments due to Miss G or its subsidiaries until balances are fully settled.

c) Missing Deliveries: Any missing deliveries must be reported within ten days of shipment (refer to item 3.4).

d) Refusal of Acceptance: If a Customer refuses to accept ordered products, a processing fee of CHF 30 plus all shipping and packaging costs will be charged separately and invoiced immediately.

e) Transfer of Risk: Delivery is deemed complete once products are handed over for shipping (e.g., to the post office). The risk and benefit of ownership transfer to the Customer at that exact moment.

f) Partial Deliveries: Customers are obliged to accept partial deliveries if an order consists of multiple products. If an individual product can no longer be delivered, the purchase agreement lapses exclusively for that specific undeliverable item.

g) Undeliverable & Returned Packages: All costs arising from undeliverable or returned packages will be charged to the Customer in full.

h) Modifications: Miss G reserves the right to change shipping costs at any time.
